In depth

Product Appearance

Matt

Matt finish offers a natural and a non-reflective appearance which will make the scratches less visible in the future. Sheen level varying between 10-15%.

Product Character

Smooth

Smooth character captures the refined variation in the wood without the added textures.

Product Finish

Oiled

Oil penetrates the wear layer of the hardwood flooring which helps to accentuate the natural, raw feeling of the wood and protect the flooring from both inside and outside. Oiled flooring is harder to maintain but easier to repair. If the flooring has a natural oil finish, it is recommended to reapply the oil every year.

Product Grade

Country (CD)

CD grade also known as a rustic grade will display larger colour variation with bigger knots around 35mm and sometimes wood filler.

Placeholder

Product Length

600mm

600mm is a larger herringbone size which offers a modernised traditional aesthetic of a parquet flooring.

Product Plank Effect

Herringbone

Herringbone pattern consists of rectangle flooring boards fitted in a zig zag shape.

Product Colour

Grey

Grey colour mixed with a natural timber colour creates a range of cool and warm undertones.

Product Joining Method

Tongue & Groove

Tongue & Groove refers to one plank of the hardwood flooring containing a slot (groove) while the other has the ridge (tongue). This system is used to connect two boards and it requires wood PVA adhesive in between of joints.

Product Species

Oak

Oak is one of the most popular hardwood species used in a flooring industry. The durability, strength, and attractive natural colour makes oak wood flooring a perfect choice for your home. Oak flooring has the most variation in colours textures and designs.

Product Installation Method

Glue Down

Glue Down method refers to bonding the flooring directly to the subfloor using a compatible adhesive.
